Anna Grey


Anna Grey recently relocated to the Wilmington area. She spent much of her childhood here, visiting with family and frequenting the beach. She will be joining our team as a new yoga instructor. She completed her 'Kunga' 200-hour-YTT at the Wilmington Yoga Center in NC. Her mission as a teacher is to encourage strong spiritual growth and body-positivity, to share with her students the beautiful benefits of Ayurveda, and to emphasize creating a life of 'ahimsa' or 'nonviolence' towards all living creatures, including oneself.

Tamara Cairn


Tamara Cairns is a local yoga instructor who genuinely delights in bringing students along the path of yoga. The physical practice of yoga as well as the meditative aspect of the practice is nothing short of a pathway to freedom and peace. Her students use words like patient, funny, welcoming and precise to describe the classes that I teach. She hopes that whether you are a practiced yogi or a first timer you will find something her classes; a physical opening, a bit of knowledge or a mental respite that will leave
you lighter and freer than when you arrived. Namaste

Restorative Yoga is a quiet, nourishing, healing practice that utilizes props to support your body in various yoga postures. As we soften into the postures the emphasis is on the quieting of the mind with breath work and patient mind, body, soul connection. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and clear minded. 


Vinyasa Yoga is a movement with the breath based practice that encompasses many Hatha yoga postures and variations. This class will be a slower flow variation with an emphasis on proper alignment. Some experience of basic yoga postures is helpful.


Gentle Beginner Yoga is where we start the practice and the journey of yoga. Find out what it is all about. The importance of the breath and how we connect with it. The postures; how to get in and out of them safely and how they are of benefit to our health. Modifications for injuries, flexibility and any number of issues that you may feel are holding you back will be taught. There is no experience is necessary. 


Core Power Hour is a basic slow-flow class that offers a blend of specific asanas and mat exercises tailored to tap into and challenge your abdominal strength. All levels welcome. New practitioners - come on in!


Basic Flow is our all-levels slow flow class. Come learn/expand on your sun salutation practice. Gentle postures will be offered.
